House values across the nation's capital cities slipped further through the May election period with some parts of Sydney and Melbourne now down more than 14 per cent over the past year. CoreLogic on Monday reported dwelling values across capital cities eased a further 0.4 per cent in May to be down 1.7 per cent over the past three months and by 8.4 per cent over the past year.
